Terms & Conditions

01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you") and Riyadh Designer ("Company", "we", "us"), based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. By contacting us, requesting a quote, or placing an order for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

02 Services

Riyadh Designer provides professional design, development, and marketing services in Saudi Arabia and internationally, including but not limited to:

• Graphic Design (logos, branding, company profiles, catalogues, packaging, social media assets)
• Web Design & Development (landing pages, business websites, e-commerce stores, web apps)
• Freelance Contracts (monthly retainers, weekly projects, on-site full-month contracts)
• Social Media Management
• Google Business Profile setup and optimization
• Adobe Illustrator and design training courses

Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are agreed in writing before work begins.

03 Quotes & Payments

All prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote.

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final file delivery or website launch.
• Payment Methods: Bank transfer (SAR & USD), Mada, Visa, Mastercard, and international wire transfer.
• Milestone Payments: For projects over SAR 10,000, milestone-based payment schedules may be agreed in advance.
• Late Payments: Overdue invoices may incur a 2% monthly late fee. Work may be paused until payment is received.
• VAT: Prices exclude VAT where applicable under ZATCA regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

04 Revisions & Approvals

Every project includes a defined number of revision rounds, as stated in the project quote. For most design work:

• Standard: 3 rounds of revisions are included.
• Additional Revisions: Charged at SAR 150 per hour or SAR 500 per extra round (minimum), quoted upfront.
• Approval: Once the Client approves a design or deliverable in writing (email or WhatsApp), it is considered final. Changes requested after approval are treated as new work.

05 Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full and final payment:

• All final design files, source files (where applicable), and deliverables become the property of the Client.
• Riyadh Designer retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio, website, and social media — unless a written NDA or confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
• Any third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) used in the project remain subject to their respective licenses.
• Riyadh Designer retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and internal processes used to create the deliverables.

06 Client Responsibilities

To keep projects on schedule, the Client agrees to:

• Provide all required content (text, images, logos, brand guidelines) in a timely manner.
• Respond to feedback requests within 5 business days. Delays may extend the project timeline.
• Ensure all provided materials do not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks.
• Designate a single point of contact for approvals and communication.

07 Cancellation & Refunds

• Client Cancellation: The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has started. Work completed beyond the deposit will be invoiced pro-rata.
• Cancellation by Riyadh Designer: If we cancel a project for reasons within our control, the Client receives a full refund of any unused funds.
• Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for delays caused by events outside reasonable control (natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, etc.).
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

08 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the project — including business strategies, customer data, pricing, and internal processes. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement for a period of 3 years.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law:

• Riyadh Designer's total liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost business, or data loss.
• We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from the Client's use of the deliverables after delivery.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

11 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
